The sevice staff is unbelievable rude, inpatience of hearing the request and possibly racist, very defensive response. The person is very nice and patient to other people but not me.

This place is awful. Terrible customer service. Website said that passports start at 9. When we got there they said 9:30 and didn't seem to care at all that the website info was wrong.
Expect a long wait for pick ups!
