Nice room. Bed was comfy . Next to the WG mall . Complimentary WiFi was on and off, if connection is important for you, prepare a back up plan.

Free airport shuttle . Free breakfast . Right next to a huge mall . Great pool area . Nice TVs . Low prices. Can't go wrong in Buffalo!

Get lucky hotel . Definitely a low end bomb shelter. Definitely needs renos. The only benefit is proximity to airport and shopping.

Not the worst place to be stranded re: things nearby; mall , movie theater , best buy. But the hotel needs some serious updating. A couple steps above a Super 8.

Old style hotel ...like from the Rat Pack days. Hotel staff very nice but messed up my last name 3 times.

Signs say bar is open daily til 2am. Arrived at 1205 and bartender wouldn't serve us a beer to take to the room and did not seem to care that it was two hours before advertised closing.

They have great pool but rooms need upgrading

Cannot use the drawers. The layout of the room prevents them from opening.

I have stayed in 42 states and 4 countries . I can honestly say this is among the worst of the places I have ever stayed. Paper-thin walls, stains everywhere, and woefully outdated.

I've just filed a claim against them and contacted corporate . I woke up at 2 am to a bed , night stand and bed covered in ants . Absolutely horrific. Never for back to sleep after they switched room

I was treated like a child. The front desk agent- Vicky was rude, racist and Discriminating. She said "can I talk to someone else? Can I talk to an adult?" this is after she asked me my age.
