The pulled pork sandwich and potato salad were delicious, and the collard greens were divine! The spicy sauce had a nice kick. I'm from Texas and know good BBQ when I eat it. This was the real deal!
Try their "T-REX Challenge - 1 whole bbq chicken , 1 whole rack of ribs , a half lb of brisket , a half lb of pulled pork , 3 pints mac & cheese , and a pint of apple sauce and six potato buns !
Pork and chicken are awesome! I lived in Memphis for 6 years and this is almost as good as some of the best mem BBQ places . Really!
There's nothing bad on the menu, best dry rub I've ever had, it's the best BBQ in Easton hands down.
