Great LesMills classes , but the equipment is from the dark ages! Amazing atmosphere, but owners should really invest in a over haul of group fitness equipment....more people would attend.
Sometimes when I work out their music selection makes me want to sleep. But a great gym
Best time to come is after 8 on weekdays
Place is packed weeknights from 5-7 pm.
The pool is great at night less people
