Rooms are spacious & clean , A/C is powerful, bathtubs are awesome, breakfast is great & staff are amazing! I had to print something for the US embassy & they let me use their printer at no cost. Love!

Clean and tidy hotel . Breakfast was good. The service given was amazing and staffs are friendly . Thumbs up!

Oh! And if you want to go to Halong Bay for a cruise , they'll even hold your luggage at no cost. Ours was waiting for us in our room when we checked back in :)

The best way to leave a tip is to use the box at the front desk. It's shared by all the staff and greatly appreciated.
