Spectacular views , worth the climb. You should have enough time to do both routes in an hour. Be careful: the rocks at the very top are slippery and not easy to walk on.

The area is with connections to the Tran dynasty 陈朝. At the top, there’s Guan Yin观音 and the Lying Dragon卧龙 statues. Núi Ngoạ Long is characterized by its dramatic limestone karsts石灰岩山峰.

Take water, hat and suncream, climb the 486 stairs and enjoy te beautiful view on the terrestrial Halong bay, river and ricefields. Not to be missed! - Jas
Come at 8 in the morning and enjoy a wonderful quiet boat ride of 2 or 3 hours. Definitely worth the money. After 9am it all gets touristy and noisy. - Klaas Kelchtermans
