Bill Graham's Bikram yoga class is great for relieving back pain and tight muscles that I got from Vinyasa and other sports . But 90 mins in a heated room is a little bit too much for me.
Awesome place, specially Bikhram yoga classes . Love it :)
Much like a gym , bikram classes are conducted well .
Owner Regina brings in homemade chai on Sat. mornings..the next best thing after her bikram class : )
