Overpriced. $7 general admission only gets you into only 2/9 floors, extra $10 to get to the viewing deck. For a great FREE view , visit the Natl Cathedral on Sundays.
You can take pictures of everything! The tour guides are either Free Masons or OES. Ask questions because they'll answer! (Even about Dan Brown!)
