Great location and friendly staff . Needed a mini sewing kit at one time which they didn't provide in the rooms but I'm sure they could have provided it if we had requested it from housekeeping. :)

Grab a day pass for Queenstown Gym for $20 from the concierge if you want a real gym . Discounted from the usual $25 at the gym door.

Fitness Room is a converted Guest Room. Small. A handful of cardio equipment jammed in. They can tick the box that says they have a fitness room but it’s not really functional or pleasant.

A great hotel in the heart of Queenstown . No reason not to stay here, if you can afford it. 30 minutes free wifi daily per device in the lobby.

Location is great, walking distance to lots of shops and eatery . Room is clean but bath towel is very old and really need a change.

Nice, well appointed place in the heart of Queenstown . They do find it necessary to charge you 1.5% additional if u pay with a credit card. The first floor near the laundry room had a terrible smell
