Great service and very friendly staff . The room is big and comfy with Great Lake views . There's a sauna and hot tub for post ski recovery.
Nice clean room , quiet . Laundry is available for guests (self service). Nice location. Definitely would stay here again
Wonderful views like all the hotels on this side of town , but in some ways a bit lacking and disorganised. Not the best value for money in Queenstown.

Hot tub is just that. No bubbles. Great free wifi. Lake front rooms are lovely but cheap back rooms are fine - Taezar .
