Good prices from the street, you need to tip at the end though. Free wifi . Nice space. Vietnamese massages are little more rough due pressure than thai ones so dont be surprised. I like more Thai :)

Nice and quiet place , professional service . 200k dong for 90 mins, on top you need to tip 100k or so for the 90 mins massage , still good value .

They demand the tip they want! Really awful. There is a do a further down the street and it costs only 140d . Tried different spas and this is the only one who actually asked for a big tip !!!!

Nothing more than an OK Thai Massage . They kind of trick you after the treatment by (well almost) demanding a tip. They suggested 100K. Given the treatment is 280K for 60 min., it seems overpriced.
