Pefect 4 training-full of free weights & machines. Friendly staff , esp. Hannah from Reception. Training @ €15. Bring a locker + water (u can't buy inside). It's forbidden to work out with a tank top.
Open 24/7 (Sauna until about 11pm, I think from 10am), all the standards plus some relatively exotic stuff (chest-supported BB row station, neck trainer , grip trainer , safety squat bar , thick bars ).
Wer früh morgens so zwischen 5:00 und 6:00 kommt hat das Studio meist für sich , frische Luft sowie alles grad geputzt.
Es gibt be kleine Sauna :) ab 23:30 wird dort geputzt - also rechtzeitig kommen ;)
