Have to be very picky about the room you get given. Upper levels facing towards pool are nice. But often sheets are not changed. Free upgrade to superior seems to be common. Gd price 4 what's received
Unfortunately rooms extremely need refurbishment and breakfast menu need to re-designed to meet international standard or at least to cater demand by tourists , not only local guests.
First time @ one of famous hotel in pontianak but the minor "old hotel "
