Place your lips directly on the lid when sipping your coffee . Don’t worry, Ms. Kim washes her hands before attaching the lid to your cup.
Don't try to order something off menu . They have a hard time understanding as its more trouble than it's worth. I hate that they don't have decaf !

Careful of your orders. Ordered a caramel macchiato with extra shot expresso . They tried to give me drink and an expresso with extra shot. Only wanted one drink. Wish they would repeat the order.
