I enjoyed nothing here.Least of all the super slippery shower floor. If I was elderly I surely would've broken my hip instead of just bruising it. Also had brown water come out of the tap one morning.

No drinks facilities in room - have to walk miles to get to the free tea and coffee machines !

I don’t know how they got their 4th star. It seems quite worn down, the shower curtain is moldy, one window is broken. Friendly service , though. But definitely overpriced

Friendly and serviceminded staff and nice rooms, but avoid tat all costs the breakfast , it's horrible.

В номере протекала ванна и унитаз, хотя брали улучшенный номер . Хлипкая постель с тщедушными подушками . Есть гладилка, но нет утюга .Ощущение, что въехал в гостиницу в Урюпинске.Очень похоже на общагу.
