Totally busted this cashier guy picking his nose while I was in the drive through, he wiped it on his pants under his apron and didn't wash or use hand sanitizer. 9/28/13
The worse managed Arby's that ever been too. Run down building in yellow. Opened equipment. Staff (no comment). This place is a dump . I wish I never came here.
nothing is good about the carlsbad NM location. They always have an excuse of why something is broken or they are out of half the menu. This is the worst arby’s in the country .

Poorly managed location! No curly fries today, my wife's salad was frozen and wilted, roast beef was slightly cold, and the order was completely screwed up. Just stay away!
