Tonkotsu ramen is fantastic!! Small is the perfect size, regular is a bigger bowl of it if you're super hungry, and large has double noodles (of reg) if you're starving your face off.

The miso ramen is outstanding -- a really intense broth, with just the right amount of heat. The chashu pork that came with it was also really tasty. The simmered gyoza were rather bland.

The miso ramen is great: wonderfully, sweet broth and noodles that are just the right amount of chewy. Who cares about the egg being slightly overcooked!

Miso ramen with homemade spicy sauce might taste a bit salty if you just drink the broth. But it's pretty delicious if you eat it with the noodles !

Love the pork tonkotsu . Get an extra egg and feel glorious.

Still fairly new location-- the waitress offered to replace my meal if its not to my liking when I debated on trying the ramen seas special. (It was delicious BTW)

Spicy tonkatsu ramen is good; beef tongue is just great with some pepper . Staff is very nice and friendly too.

Kakuni tonkatsu ramen has smooth and rich broth. However, miso clam ramen with habaneros (spicy level 6/10) is too spicy that you can't even taste the broth :(

It's moderately cheap . You also have to try fried squid as a starter. Sooo... Tasty :)

The seafood ramen is very flavorful. Add fresh seaweed . Only complaint is that it Needs more spices.

They have a chilled noodle "Ramen Salad " dish that can be made vegan

While their broths normally have pork in them, or are pork-bone based (tonkotsu ) they can make a vegetarian broth if asked. +1

The fried pot stickers are delicious and the egg served with the bowl is not a quail egg .

Get the spicy tonkatsu ramen with the chicken karage .
