So far so... bad. Poor service. Good location to go to the pyramids, nice pool but that's it. Honestly I wouldn't recomend this hotel .
La comida del hotel es muy rica, además de ser un lugar muy cómodo para descansar , cerca de la zona arqueológica y rodeado de varios comercios sin necesidad de llegar al centro.
Buen servicio , aire acondicionado en habitaciones (gracias a dios) alberca preciosa, hermosas instalaciones y arquitectura . En general el mejor de Palenque 10/10
El hotel muy bien y limpio, la atención maravillosa. El enorme problema es la dificultad de no poder tener acceso de Internet desde las habitaciones o poder ofrecer un business center para trabajo.
Restaurante rico y bien de precio, la piscina deliciosa para el clima con hamacas . Súper recomendado
Lo malo es que no hay internet en las habitaciones y el restaurante no es lo mejor a pesar de ser caro

Absolutely stunning place. Make sure you're at the park entrance just before 8AM and have the site mostly to yourself (and a few others) for roughly the first hour. - Jonas
Try to take a guided tour (we had Pedro Lopez), makes the visit much more interesting. Try to come early for the heat and tourists. With the guide you can also enter the rainforest around the ruins - Naomi De Kind
