Waited over 10 minutes for two medium shakes ....going through drive thru helped 4 cars before getting us our order of TWO MEDIUM SHAKES. Ridiculous service!
OMG on top of a ridiculous wait we were given spoons instead of straws for our 4 hour drive!! Wasted more time here than I would have at McDonald's

Things have changed or the better under the new manager! I have always found the cashiers to be friendly. A good time to shop is about 9 PM; there are fewer customers but a fair number of cashiers. - Ann Brookens
