Rooms are quite noisy . They offer very little in terms of Diamond benefits. The other Hilton properties nearby at least try to accommodate you with upgraded rooms.

They have a problem with the water here- it's a million degrees warm (sink, shower , toilet !). Also, even if you ice it, I wouldn't drink it- it was black a couple of times briefly over our 3-day stay.

Stay somewhere else if you plan on using valet! Attendants haven't answered the phone once during my stay and never seem to be around. Breakfast with diamond comp is still $8.50

It's next to Saks. Life doesn't get much better than that.

Beware as a Diamond HHonors you will pay extra for the buffet breakfast . The ac barely cooled room 831 and after a maint visit it still didn't work, we had to move to 1331 and still bad ac . 75degrees

Hotel was ok, bed was super comfortable . Large TV . Bathrooms were really small, counter came to my knee. Nice location, easy walk every where.

Doing a massive remodeling in summer 2016. Should be much better by Jan 2017.

Wifi , it's not free but in the lobby you can find it.

Like most other New Orleans hotels , valet leaves something to be desired. One person works in the early morning; calling down won't help unless you catch him between retrieving cars. Allow 20 mins.

No need for a car if you attend a conference . The hotel is located between the conv ctr and the superdome

Unless you like paying for coffee every morning and paying freaking $45 per night parking , I would not recommend staying here
