What a fantastic addition to SeaTac! Tasty food that's awesome pre-flight- quiche and a salad was super delicious and Stumptown coffee to boot!

Fabulous breakfast ! Loved the grits . Fast service and great coffee - they even gave us to-go cups and lids and topped us up for our flight!

We had the Italian Black Bean burger with mozzarella and the Portobello Mushroom French Dip . We never eat vegetarian so we weren't expecting much, but those two dishes were amazing!

Came for breakfast and was impressed! Forager’s Scramble with roasted potatoes and the Farmers Market Bowl with the cheesy grits were both delicious ????????

The veggie hand pies are a must. The pie crust is the best I have ever eaten. It is flaky, buttery and delicious! The veggie filling is tasty too. Make sure you opt to have them heat up the pie .

Good to have a tasty vegetarian option at the airport . I had a delicious scramble with mushrooms and garlicky greens

Great coffee drinks and breakfast on the go. But if you have time, dining at Floret is a treat with interesting vegetarian dishes

Overnight soaked oats with raspberry and chia seed pudding are good for healthy pre-flight snack .

Finally airport food that is really good! The avocado toast was excellent. They serve stumptown coffee !

Finally, somewhere to get a decent cocktail at ten in the morning.

They make their mules with Rachel's Ginger Beer ! Delicious winter quinoa bowl and black bean burger .

Hummus plate with a glass of Pinot Gris was the perfect afternoon snack on a layover
