Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , great clean & very comfortable rooms . With its location it is very close to downtown Auckland. Preferred choice when staying in Auckland for business &pleasure.
The marble - and metal-clad lobby at this sleek former Westin glows with the light of hundreds of candles in the evening. Rooms have all-inclusive mini-bars and views of the boat-filled marina .
I have been here for the past 5 says for work & the staff a very attentive but not intruding. The room staff were great too. Small things like remembering they way I liked my coffee each day was nice
We ordered the late night Room service past midnight and they came in prompt time. The Tortilla Pizza is really good and the Thai Kumara Soup is so yummy. We ❤ this place :) Great service!!!
The breakfast is great - buffet is a bit pricey at $39 a head but the a la carte menu is very reasonable for the area. Try the smashed avocado .... Awesome.
Just learnt that all Sofitel's pastries (croissants , pains au chocolate etc) are flown in fresh from France daily. Yup.
Nice place so was very surprised both milk cartons opened up we're curdled like cottage cheese . 30mins and counting and still no replacement after calling housekeeping. Here's a tip, remove one star.
