Staff stand around talking as they slowly get around to making your coffee while it is busy.
Coffee is only *supposed* to be heated to 65 degrees . Good for them :)
They're pretty disinterested, would it really hurt the barista to smile?
Coffee is only supposed to be heated to 60 deg unless specified but it's not DI BELLA Coffee :-( which is number 2 !!
