The original pancakes are actually amazing. Go figure. They make it a little differently than most using a sour starter, and you can taste the difference. Plus, my lil' girl can't get enough of it.

Ridiculous and Awesome. The signature Apple Pancake was really great and the crab cake eggs dish was surprisingly incredible. Great service. Popular spot.

Order the bacon lovers breakfast . It comes with 5 pieces of thick cut bacon , 3 eggs , hash browns and a order of buttermilk pancakes . This is my favorite breakfast place.

The specialty baked apple pancake is like nothing you've ever tried... an inch thick, covered in candied apple syrup...takes two hours to make...the orange juice is extremely fresh too.

Their coffee is awesome. Sit at the breakfast counter . The service is better and the wait is significantly shorter (if you're lucky).

To avoid the wait use the no wait app. If you time yourself right you can walk in and go straight to your table. I did it and I felt like VIP.

Pumpkin pancakes rocked! They have a really cool NoWait app, I suggest downloading it. I cannot compliment their food enough!

The Dutch Baby or Apple Pancake are probably the signature items but the omelets are also awesome.
