In 2006 be bought this totally devastated place where no one had lived for the past fifty years. Then we learned that about one-hundred years ago this was where the famous sweet Šibenik Maraština was stored after having been dried in the Square 4 Bunara.

They say it's the best (Dalmatian) restaurant in Croatia . And yes it is ???????????????????? They mix old regional recipes with modern cooking techniques. Young team. Highly recommend!
Nice spot just in top of the square. Book ahead. Had the mussels and fish ceviche for entree and the beef cheeks and lamb for main. Also had the lemon tart and carrot cake for dessert . Delicious
This is probably one of the best restaurants at which I have had the joy of dining. The Chef is phenomenal. Order the 8 course fish menu with wine pairings , and have a taxi lined up to roll you home.
You choose your amount of courses and you can choose whatever you like from what they offer at that time! Good system, friendly and very skilled staff , everything is perfectly orchastrated. Pricy tho

You shouldn't miss pappardelle with truffles and croatian smoked ham . The odor and taste of truffles is so rich you just can't believe it.
Mussels are a weird, but amazing combo with celery , pancetta & horse radish . Bruschetta is wonderfully rich. Main course kinda smallish, compared to appetizers but tasty. Definitely not to be missed.
