Amazing Sirloin Oscar with mixed vegetables ....def one do the best steaks on the menu. I had mine at Medium doneness.
Good job on the Blackened Sirloin . I could taste the herbs and they didn't overwhelm the steak .

Try the bread with 3 cheese garlic butter instead of normal; for an extra tasty b4 dinner treat - or just get that, water and then leave ;)
