Best time to come shopping here is when there is an Alabama or Auburn football game on. Because most of the usual clientele is at home ;-)

While I hate to say it, if you're looking to eat vegan here in the Shoals, sometimes you just have to shop at walmart. The do have a variety of organic and vegan groceries .
