Lamb shank and the beef cheek were absolutely delicious. Potato soup was really nice too. Highly recommended.

Chowder , beef cheeks , sausage and mash , fish of the day with corn cake - all were great. But where has the glacier gone? Melted by meat and airmiles. So sadly, no return trip.

Starters are tarty but small in size. Rump steak was slightly over-cooked, but great flavour; same for the fish of the day. Tiramisu was great

The beef cheek is heavenly!

It took 55 minutes for the food to get to our table, with no acknowledgement from the staff . There's probably a reason this place is mostly empty.
