Recovering from knee surgery and auto accident. C F has all all of the equipment to accommodate my present needs. Very well-maintained facility. Staff is professional.
They just removed the cage (squat rack) which is imo one of the best pieces of equipment. Other than that the gym is pretty well equipped.
They have new mats in the Ab/stretching room!
Joining fee only 1 dollar for silver and 4 for gold memberships
BRING BACK THE SQUAT CAGE. PLEASE!!!!!!!!
