This place, including the absurd three whole floors of food, is gigantic, popular, and perhaps the best there is in Xi'an as of Jan 2015. Most clothing shops have English banners only and no Chinese.
Exit D from xiaozai metro stop which is connected to basement 1. Levels 3 -5 are a big department store . Independent stores in b1 to level 2. Nice food court at level 6 with food going around 10y.
