Honestly pls can someone explain why they’re called Genius cuz they’re obviously the opposite. Came here seeking for some local solutions but went back with more Qs answered for them!
Friendly , but clueless. They just make up answers to questions they don't know how to answer.
Their system was down today. Waited for an appointment for nothing. They still have a billion reasons why my phone problem is my fault and not theirs. As per usual they can't see anything wrong. Ai!

Too many security personnels in the store. Their stare makes you feel uneasy while shopping. I was just looking around! I am not a thief!
