The whole tasting menu was great. The chicken meatballs , gyoza , Boris and the pickles were all great. And a beautiful view !

Ben Morrow

The omakase chef 's choice menu was delightful. Everything we had was very good. Probably the best place around to try different sakes (there's an optional add-on sake tasting with the omakase , too).

Kim Ahearn

You know when it's so good you do a happy dance on your seat?! Amazing: pork ribs , miso sea bass , black noodles . Meh: gyoza w mole . Great service & atmosphere. Lovely ✨

Tricia Bean

LOVE Izanami! Mary Beth was our server. Loved her care, friendliness and suggestions. She's a gem! The food (lobster tempura , croquettes , fries , tuna tacos ) and sake flights were outstanding.

Odile Roujol

Lobster ???? ramen , Wagyu beef , sesam panacota, best sake in the Us ???????? . You won’t forget the experience in a beautiful patio ( covid safe )

richard sheppard

Delightful and calming ,, the staff is super cool and relaxed,, most everything is fermented and delicious ,, save room for green tea ice cream ,, oh yeah the over pour saki for dessert was fun

Tired of Brussels sprouts ? Izanami frys the petals to a frizz and tossing the crunch with mint , lemon zest , chilies and puffed rice . A seat at the counter lets diners watch their meal being made. Read more

It's inside and associated with Ten Thousand Waves. It's on OpenTable. A bit pricy , but good food. And you can wear your Yukata to eat there inbetween your SPAs:D

Andrew Galdi

Really great Japanese food . You can wear your kimono from the spa to the restaurant which is fun. Good sake selection as well

Ben Baron

Extensive sake list. Also try the small brewer Japanese beers .

Mark Price

Awesome food--best I've had outside of Japan! Get a table next to the windows with a mountain view !

Craig Bruce

Excellent food and vibe in this custom made building. Check out the wooden beams from Japan.

Prins Polo

Decent food, although rice and veg arrived only after I finished my steak (which was overcooked). Beautiful setting.

Tony Allegretti

Great place for lunch in the mountains , a short drive from town .

Blair Baxter

I keep coming back for the mushrooms get it with rice .

Brendan Curran

Food was solid, but certainly fell short of expectations considering the James Beard nomination and the price. Service was interminably slow (first course arrived one hour after reservation ).

Yon Hudson

Daily Pickles are a MUST!

Jennifer Jankowski

Try a sake flight or ask for Gordon their Sake sommelier .

Fred Salchli

Everything is delicious.

Tricia Heaney

We love the tasting menu .
