Fantastic views with some pretty good food choices on the menu. My choice was the chicken burger and I have to say it was excellent. The staff are very friendly too. Top marks!
We had too bog standard meals. Would have expected much better for the price. Gammon was glossy and almost jelly like in the middle (it was sliced too thick therefore appearing special )
Chips were poor. Service .locality and kids area great. I would come again but not to eat.

Lovely traditional pub, very cosy, real fire in winter. Relatively unexciting beer selection but kept very well. Surprisingly good spirits selection. Can fill up with students but worth seeking out. - Sam M
