Good: Location, Pool, Rooms OK, Entertainment good. Bad: Restaurant "Pandemonium", Food is OK, Most staff uninterested, WiFi don't work, Sauna don't exist, Sunbeds get taken up by towel droppers.

Try the ham & cheese toast for breakfast

NOT 4*: their pay-only wifi is down, meals are akin to a cattle drive, rooms are tired and worn, but still receptionists say 'Be happy, you are in Tenerife !!' OK, they try.

Hotel California wifi is cheaper and works through most of the hotel . Get that instead.

Comida excelente y personal majísimo. Muy buena situación, rodeado de centros comerciales , restaurantes , y a 10 min de la playa .

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con buena piscina e instalaciones, pero sobre todo con un personal excelente. ;-)

Se está muy bien en plan descansó , mucha limpieza, buena comida, amabilidad personal todo muy bien

Esta bien, pero es muy cutre que un cuatro estrellas cobre por el internet y no hay ni wiffi gratuito en la recepción ni en ningún lado.
