We booked months in advance and when we got there our rooms weren't ready, hotel is seedy and not great! we decided to move to another hotel . they did refund us the full amount though.
Now it's "Serenity Hotel ". If you have any problem - talk to Mr Son. Excellent manager! Facility in "Superior room" is very poor. Get deluxe - it's much better for little more money.
Best staff ! Mr Bie (the guy with glasses) is the ultimate foodie and knows where all the good eats are.

Had a great stay here. our room was clean, roomy, and had windows which is rare in old quarter. Staff helpful. Stay in rooms ending in 005 or 007. Wifi: 1234512345 - Van Ly
Uno de los peores hoteles de Hanoi. básicamente estafadores con hotel. roban precio de las excursiones, mienten con upgrades de habitación. Habs en pésimo estado, wifi deficiente, desayuno paupérrimo. - Mrcl Nrdn
