After check-in try the mattress first. They could be very used and therefore too soft. This can cause back and other muscle pain. As it looks like in a prison , morning starts to be very laud from 6am.

3rd floor room is a sauna day and night. 2nd floor slightly better. Breakfast 6.30 is not fully ready. Front desk never smile. Avoid to book a room here, next door "my room" is much cleaner n nicer.

A 2.5-star hotel with good wifi coverage and sits in the middle of Thapae. Perfect for Loy krathong festival . But not good for night life, as it is very far from Nimman road

This hotel closed to Thaphae Gate.This place had 24 hours reception & McDonals , free Wi-Fi internet connection almost throughout hotel . No elevator but everything in the room were cleaned .

If compare to other hotels , the staff of IMM hotel are not well-trained , unfriendly & inattentive. There are many budget hotels in Chiangmai with good staff & full in-room facilities but not here.
