Beautiful grounds but ageing. The ice is almost nonexistent, lack luster rooms and what seems like an unhappy staff . We made the best of it. They did comp champange & choco berries as honeymoon gift .

To begin the grounds are beautiful, lush landscaping with iguanas and gorgeous plants. The room, food and drink, and at the hospitality are so lackluster it takes from the beauty of the island . Pass

Where to start? Very nice facility but there is def much room for improvement. It is a perfect place if you want to do nothing and if you would like to explore, you sort of have to wonder yourself.

Great spa . Good environment. Food is expensive if you dine at the hotel restaurants . Among the restaurants Nami is a favorite. If you are coming over from a cooler location, we are still in the 90s.

Beautiful resort , love the grand layout of the lobby area, with plenty of places to have drinks and talk. We got the Royal Level so we were very happy.

Get the red level if you want to relax, beautiful hotel , great facilities, all to be ruined by their staff . Employees don't know the meaning of the word service.

No vegetarian options at all in the restaurants . The vacation concierge told me to goto San Juan for vegetarian food . We did just that and enjoy pr favorite mofongo .

To pay that much for food, I would expect EXTRAORDINARY food, which it was not. Beautiful place, but you get the feeling that they are trying to get every last penny they can from you.

They charge $20 resort fee and $15 parking fee per day. Make sure to enjoy the rocky&narrow beach with seagrass and the mediocre pool when you can.

Beautiful grounds but lack service. Most act as if they rather not be here. Wet Bar lunch is awful, almost inedible- credited are bill some. Unfortunate, it's a nice setting. HOSPITALITY please!

Don't spend your money here. They didn' do my room. the lobby is closed at 12am and there is NOTHING you can do after that time. Room service is until 12am. The people wasn't very helpful either :-/

No microwave or fridge . If u want room service to warm something up it will cost u $8 and an addl $3 to pick up and drop off and u have to sign a waiver.

The Resort is beautiful, but the service is awful. If you do the all inclusive the service you get is horse shit. Other then that it's great. Watch and see.
