The Hotel it's nice and the people welcome you with a warm smile, restaurant Michelin it's very good, the Chef , Maura Gosio, she spoiled us!
Ok hotel , but the service in the restaurant is far from what is expected from a 5-star hotel . Views from the rooms to the mountains are excellent.
Waited an hour for 2 glasses of prosecco which never arrived. We left and cancelled the order. We got an apology and acknowledgement that they knew there was a problem but that didn't change anything
