Prices are pretty fair for a "shiny menu" place, service is also really swift. Interestingly enough, the promises to have a seat within 15m during dining rush hour were kept, no reservation needed.
The paella is fantastic! So is its selection of meats. Be aware it can get busy but there are seats in a 'bar ' area to wait :)

Best fresch lobster in Alghero. To come before the sunset to get a table. Great view across harbour - Marco
