The best family ever owns this restaurant ! Love the Kysers and they are doing a great job
I think everything about this Tim Hortons has vastly improved since it opened. Gotta Have my Timmy 's!
Real sanitary. The mop bucket next to the bakers rack with open product. Nice.
The Kyser 's r clueless when it comes 2 running a business. I've gone there several times on my 15 min. break only to find they were closed due 2 poor staffing. This has happens TOO many times 2 count!
The smoothies were kinda nasty please make them better :)
Cmon Timmy Ho's 38th St! Get it together! You are by Mercyhurst!!! Slow, orders are always wrong or taste terrible. As a WNYer, I am sad....
Extremely slow!! Also witness worker push top of my coffee lid with her bare hand ... while apologizing about the wait!!
The shittiest coffee ever!
Employees seem to have no idea what they are doing.
Terrible service
Great food AND drinks, the fries never disappoint, love the pretzel sticks. Drinks are always on point and service is great, plus it's very decently priced - Alex Carlson
