Welcoming and cosy pub with well kept real ales , and a roaring fire on cold nights. Slightly gentrified crowd, but glad this traditional boozer is pulling in punters still.
Old style pub with good ale , dogs, and a friendly landlord. Perfect for a quiet drink with friends. A favourite.
Very cozy pub with open fire . Nice real ales . The pork pie was good too.
Sunday nights are open mic nights from 8pm...great beer here, big garden and now autumn's starting to bite they've lit the fire...

Not been here in a long while. Interior looks good, didn't realise how bug the paved garden is. Free wifi is pretty good too

Much better than its 5.7 rating. A very good bar, excellent outdoor seating, atmosphere, and one of the best selection of beers in Oxford. They have quality American beer! That's what real beer is! - Kazem Edmond
