Halo halo at its best. Noki Nocs have it. The ice is so fine and the mixture of the ingredients made it a true classic Filipino halo halo .

Aircon is not working. Too hot inside even on a monsoon month. Ordering system is chaotic. They served their to-die-for halo-halo several minutes ahead of the main course. Lost my appetite.
