Loved being able to sit and read but a teen group were meeting and they were very very loud . Not one employee asked them to lower voices, another customer had to hush them. Other than that I enjoyed

Putting Bibles in the Fiction section angers people. Yet they have a Consumerology book in the "Animals" section because it has the picture of an elephant on it.

Worst customer service ever! Don't ask for a manager, they take their sweet time. Very disappointing.
