The last person said bad customer service, DUDES WRONG. I had a problem with the lights on my rental. They stayed open till the last second and figured out what it was. Very friendly people!
You can reserve a truck for 8am on a Sunday but they don't open till 9am.
Great people and help. Busy but what else do you expect?
Worst customer service and roadside assistance I have ever dealt with. I will never rent from U-haul ever again. If you need a truck try Penske or Budget there is no way they could possibly do worse.
