To go service lacking at this site. Last Friday ordered dessert and drinks to go after meal. After 20 minutes had taken off bill:( Today 20 minute order took about 45. Will go all the way to Newman

Definitely not the normal Cracker Barrel service. You may or may not get biscuits or silverware . Your drink probably won't get refilled but they will ask you as soon as you sit down to order.

2 different occasions, 2 different servers, same problem: terrible service. Has it ever occurred to check on tables? Get drinks out BEFORE the meal? Oh & getting the order right? That might help.

Been sitting for 30 mins before ever got silverware . Found came 1st an we had to ask. I would think that the silverware should of came 1st
