Soooo gooood. Go at 4:30 am to get a number. Come back at 5:30 am to taste heaven in your mouth

朝早起きが重要。ランチタイムも肉 燥飯 とおかずが食べられる。おかずは指差しでOKですが、ナス 、大根 、イカ など味が薄いもののほうが日本人の口には合うかも しれないです。
湯頭帶一些甜味，非常好喝。牛腩非常有嚼勁，不愧是數一數二的美食小吃店。強烈建議清晨 4 點左右排隊，只要等一個小時（5點營業）就能吃到。愈晚到不但排隊時間更久，而且可能因為賣光而吃不到。
朋友凌晨兩點半去排號碼牌，那時候前面只有十幾個，老闆娘三點半左右出現。大概五點半回來吃第一批。聽說第一批最好吃，之後的湯都沒啥味道了
肉頗嫩只是人多了以後感覺沒有原本這麼好喝，大概是第一次喝是喝到五點的第一批吧！不過仍是台南前三名 。
一上桌記得立馬撈出牛肉 避免過老！ 很有特色！

不早起吃不到！當天肉好像切有點厚要咬比較久，但真的是台南前三名 ！

凌晨5點殺來吃這家只賣到8點的牛肉湯 ！好吃！推！！
最好吃的一定要在5：00〜6：00到！
假日5：30前要排隊，否則就吃不到了
