Pool, SPA and rooms are very cold. Most of sauna&stream rooms are out of order. Also the Casino . Not satisfied.

The staff on the restaurant and bar were perfect, polite and very helpful. Leaking baths, broken spa and cold hot tub , room and spa temperature was cold. Spa staff was rude and ignorant.
