Very nice modern vs traditional hotel . Right on the street facing the canal .
Onsen is really nice. Two themes. But the temperature was a little cool.
お風呂 は海水温泉 でなかなかいいです。お風呂 の内装も広々していて小樽らしい装飾もシンプルで洒落ています。水の流れる音で癒してくれる工夫もグット。温泉 ミストサウナは、薬草のアロマが効かせてあってとてもよかった。
夜はこんなライブラリとステレオの前でゆったりくつろげました。ドリンクとかも オーダーする必要もなく無料のノンカフェインティー とかも 用意してあり、気遣いも感じます。
朝食 最高！！アップルパイ 最高！！

Hotel is very small and room is very cram for 3 person but The Otaru Canal view from the room is awesome. - Jayne
チェックイン開始10分前に着いたら、チェックインはまだだから、荷物預かりますよ？だって。普通そのタイミングだとロビーで待つような案内するのでは…… 変なの！ - sea cat

Favourite of real locals. Sushi very fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Found the uomasa yaki (potato, cheese and sea urchin eggs) very original indeed! To top it off, free soup in a pot!! - Anthony Wong
