Used to be one of my favorite places now just like all other locations has fallen hard! They DESPERATELY need new corporate management as much as they need new store management.

Company is terrible to its employees but like any place of work, it does have great people to work with just as not-so-bright of a bunch.

A Chocolate Coke is worth every calorie. Trust me.

Probably the worst steak and shake I have ever been to. took 45 minutes just to get a chicken sandwich and fries and they messed up the order 3 times

Seated for over 10 minutes before I got up and asked for a server, then took another 3 minutes to get a server.

Manager added an extra $0.40 onto my tip - reading upside down he interpreted my 5 as a 9, and walked away and ignored me. Lousy service, careless data entry. Not coming back
