Absolutely brilliant! Exquisite view , astonishing service and the food is absolutely incredible. Some of the starters might have been a bit boring, but all of our main dishes were amazing. Loved it!

Try the tasting menu at Noas chefs hall. Probably the best tasting menu in Estonia .

If you prefer fish , try 'josperkala'. Or if you long for some local stuff, try 'heeringa tiramisu '. Don't forget to ask a waiter about oysters , they are not in the menu but taste good.

Location is good. Terrace with windows is just perfect at spring. Only problem is that setting sun may blind you. Everything else is just perfect.

Decent food, but as a top-notch restaurant , they should really know what they write in their menu. The spinach pie is definetly NOT gluten-free. Ribs ... well ... I have had better.

The food was good, but the sea view is something why you want to return there. It might be a bit windy sitting on the terrace by the glass walls though.
